Kagoshima specialty dishes

Guests can enjoy "Chabushi," a local dish made with Makurazaki's famous bonito flakes, and "Asa-ra," a pork bone-based Kagoshima ramen.
Bacon and eggs made with "Black Koji Satsuma Red Eggs" and seasonal grilled fish are freshly cooked in the live kitchen.
