About separate issuance of receipts
One receipt will be issued per payment/transaction (accounting).
Thank you for your continued patronage of Kirishima Kokusai Hotel.
Due to the invoice system, we are unable to issue receipts that split the accommodation fee for one room per night or receipts that only show a portion of the accommodation fee.
However, in the following example, by dividing the accommodation fee, etc. into separate payments/transactions, receipts can be issued in a format appropriate for each payment/transaction.
Example) Plan with two meals
1st night 16,000 yen (tax included) 2nd night 15,000 yen (tax included) Drinks 3,000 yen
Breakdown of regular receipts) Total: 34,000 yen (tax included) Details omitted
10% Tax excluded 30,910 yen Consumption tax 3,090 yen

1. Separate accommodation and drink fees
1st ticket: 16,000 yen for the 1st night + 15,000 yen for the 2nd night 2nd ticket: 3,000 yen for drinks
→ If paying by credit card, two payments of 31,000 yen and 3,000 yen will be required.
② The first night is for drinks, and the second night is for drinks (if drinks are split between the first and second nights, this will be omitted)
1st receipt: 16,000 yen for the first night + 3,000 yen for drinks 2nd receipt: 15,000 yen for the second night
→ If paying by credit card, two payments of 19,000 yen and 15,000 yen are required.
3) Case where everything is separated
1st receipt: 16,000 yen for the first night 2nd receipt: 15,000 yen for the second night 3rd receipt: 3,000 yen for drinks
→ If you pay by credit card, three payments of 16,000 yen, 15,000 yen, and 3,000 yen are required.
*If there are multiple rooms, it is possible to issue tickets for each room. However, if you are paying by credit card, etc., you will need to pay in the manner described above.
*We cannot issue a receipt for an amount other than the official amount, such as 8,000 yen for the first night, when the amount is 16,000 yen.
