The menu includes Kagoshima's famous "Kurobuta Tonkatsu" (black pork cutlet), beef and seasonal vegetable brochettes, and the summer staple, chilled shabu-shabu.
Furthermore, the menu includes a dish that adapts Kagoshima's local specialty "nankotsu-ni" (boiled cartilage) into a sparerib style, and grilled Sakurajima chicken using Kagoshima's famous "kurozu" (black vinegar) as a sauce.
